Agreement to Terms

By using Crystal Seat Porta Potty Rentals' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Crystal Seat Porta Potty Rentals provides portable restroom rental services in the Cleveland, Ohio area, including:

• Standard portable toilet rentals
• ADA compliant accessible units
• Deluxe and luxury restroom trailers
• Construction site toilet rentals
• Event and wedding restroom solutions
• Delivery, setup, and pickup services
• Maintenance and cleaning services during rental period

Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process

• All rentals must be reserved in advance by phone at (216) 547-1019
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment
• We require accurate delivery address and contact information
• Special access requirements must be disclosed at time of booking

Availability

Rental availability is subject to existing bookings and cannot be guaranteed without confirmation. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season events.

Pricing and Payment

Rental Rates

• Pricing is based on unit type, rental duration, and delivery location
• Rates include delivery, pickup, and standard cleaning
• Additional fees may apply for extra services or difficult access locations
• All prices are subject to change without notice

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of booking unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Additional services requested during rental period are due immediately
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery Requirements

• Customer must provide safe, accessible delivery location
• Delivery location must be within 100 feet of vehicle access
• Customer is responsible for marking underground utilities
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or weather

Access and Placement

• Units require level, stable ground for placement
• Customer must ensure clear access path for delivery truck
• Special placement requests may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery if location is unsafe

Customer Responsibilities

As the customer, you agree to:

• Use units only for their intended purpose
• Prevent damage, vandalism, or misuse of rental equipment
• Report any problems or needed services promptly
• Ensure units are accessible for service and pickup
• Comply with all local regulations and permit requirements
• Supervise children around rental units

Prohibited Uses

The following items/activities are prohibited:

• Disposal of cigarette butts, feminine hygiene products, or diapers
• Dumping of chemicals, paint, or hazardous materials
• Moving or relocating units without authorization
• Using units for storage purposes
• Tampering with locks, tanks, or mechanical components

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

• Severe weather conditions affecting safe delivery
• Inaccessible delivery locations
• Customer breach of terms and conditions
• Equipment unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances

Liability and Damages

Customer Liability

Customer is responsible for:

• Damage to rental units beyond normal wear and tear
• Theft or vandalism of rental equipment
• Injury or property damage resulting from misuse
• Costs associated with pump-outs due to prohibited materials
• Replacement costs for lost or stolen units

Company Liability

Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Property damage due to normal delivery operations
• Delays in delivery or pickup due to circumstances beyond our control
• Personal injury resulting from customer misuse

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government regulations, labor strikes, or equipment failures.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
